6 HOUR Time

October 3 sees the Hawkes Bay Suzuki 6 Hour roar into life again.

Back again is the Suzuki 6 Hour Challenge for 2009.  Again being sponsored our good selves, DRD magazine and by Suzuki NZ, this event is set to be another goodie for the books. This year, it’s again being held at Roger Dickie Forest at Castlepeak, off the Napier/Taihape Road. This forest is approx 12ks/15 minutes from Fernhill and round 35ks from Napier so it’s not too far to travel.

The local Puketapu Pre-School should be there again and should be providing the food and drink at the venue again from 7am so please support and get your food on site. If you like steak and onion sandwiches, bacon and eggs etc, then you know where to go.

All the usual stuff of signing in on the Friday night at Five Star Suzuki is available with Saturday morning for those who may be coming from further afar. Last years track was a doozy and this years is set to be just as good if not better.

DRD will be there covering the event as well as getting amongst it and charging hard. DRD also predicts fine sunny weather so dot miss it.

Please give Lyn a ring to find out where to get your entry form from: 06 8441241 or 0275-862046. Or see page 61 of the last issue of DRD.

Don’t miss another year of 6 Hour fun in the sunny Hawkes Bay.
